3 New House of White Birches Quilt Pattern Books

I showed you some pretty pictures from one of our new House of White Birches quilt pattern books just the other day (Quilting in Black & White)…and now here I am with three more to share! Take a peek at—Geometric Quilts, Curves to Quilt, and Quilting for Christmas and the pictures of just a few of my favorites from the combined 43 designs you’ll find in these three books…

Geometric Quilts
Discover the fun of using color, block placement and shape to add an extra dimension to your quilting. These 12 quilt designs by various designers all use basic shapes, but the fun part is how they are pieced together to make striking designs that stand out among other patterns. Techniques used include applique, piecing, and paper-piecing. Each design is shown in a lifestyle photograph, has an assembly diagram, and is accompanied by a complete materials list and step-by-step instructions.

Curves to Quilt
Calling all quilters: Put pizzazz in your projects by adding curves! Beginner quilts make use of appliqued circles and leaves added to basic patchwork. Intermediate projects use variations of the Drunkard’s Path block and piecing curved templates. Advanced projects use multiple curves in the quilt design and also add curves to the borders and binding. 14 projects by various designers include table runners, a pillow, quilts for kids, throws, bed quilts, and wall quilts.
